Fucking over-train. What a load of bollocks. If they had been sent on a six week SAS intense physical course in the jungles of Malaysia then I may agree.
These blokes are athletes and they train like athletes. What's the fucking problem?

possibly both tomorrow, but should be soon evenif not
a few weeks to get properly fit, few weeks to find their form then the pair of the join Kouyate and Feghouli in buggering off the the AFCON

On the fitness issue, I think it was Jack Sullivan who brought up the idea that the players had over-trained in pre-season. Whether that comes from Bilic or is just an explanation others had. I think there's currently a debate in coaching whether players are being trained too much which creates injuries (Klopp is supposed to be one of the worst for this).

We've definitely been better in our last three games and the key has been our defending as demonstrated by consecutive clean sheets.

Never said that at all. These players have top fitness experts/dietitians working with them every day. They are fit enough. We had a decent pre season (games wise). Whether they were working hard enough is another thing altogether.

We have Cressell back now. If Ayew becomes a hit and we can get both Sakho and Carroll playing 40 games between them Some decent replacements for Zaza , Calleri and Tore in Jan I think we can have a decent season. With high class 50m plus striker next season we can do very well

Scraping a win against Sunderland is not getting back to the levels of last season, drawing against a shit Boro side is not getting back to the levels of last season.
Can only really judge when playing the better side, wins or draws against them is then getting back to last seasons level.

IMO you can't underestimate how the poor window has set us back. Bilic is basically now relying on last seasons team to get him out of the shit and then go forward, that was NOT meant to happen. With all these new players who aint good enough, coupled with injuries, he's got a big old job on his hands.
